Our Promise

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll do our best to make it right.

Prints & Stickers

Because prints and stickers are small-batch and often made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us a photo within 3 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. 

Apparel (Crewnecks, Tanks, Hats, Bags)

Apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective. 

Earrings

Earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Start a Return

Email us at littleploverstudio@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1-3 business days.

Refund Processing Approved 

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
